Jamie Worthington

Born in Calgary and raised in Crossfield, Jamie envisioned a career in radio at the age of ten.  Yes, he made his own mix tapes and yes, he sounded horrible the first time he cracked the mic.  He is a graduate of SAIT’s Cinema, Television, Stage and Radio program and has been heard on radio stations across North America.

His passion for people, local information, celebrity news and experience working in various jobs makes him ready to handle Red Deer’s Best Music each weekday morning.  And yes, we are aware he can be inappropriate at times.  More accurately, our HR department is aware.
